SpeakSpeak is looking for a few good advisors...

SpeakSpeak hopes to eventually become a 501(c) nonprofit. Regardless of tax status, we could use some fresh ideas and strategic brainery. To that end, we're looking for volunteers to serve as advisory board members.

We anticipate that your commitment will require approximately 10 hours a month, mostly participating in email discussion with other advisory board members. The advisory board will help develop SpeakSpeak's strategies and decide its overall direction.

There are no experience requirements, but here are some areas in which we could use additional expertise:

• Nonprofit administration
• Activism
• Marketing
• Media
• Law
• Grassroots organizing
• Fundraising
• Public relations
• Parenting (!)

SpeakSpeak is forming a volunteer web design team. (Yes, we're asking you to work for free.)

We need help with routine maintenance and developing new functions for the site. Whether you have a lot or a little free time, please consider donating your technical skills. We can't make you rich, but we'll try to make you famous. Please help.
