Business Week: GOP/FCC Treading Dangerous Waters

A Business Week columnist asserts that the public is not too keen on the idea of cable and satellite indecency regulation, and that the GOP could be in for a rude awakening at the polls should it continue the drive.

  1. I find it very interesting that the only way to obtain access to relatively uncensored television programming is to pay for it in the form of cable or satellite TV. Does this mean that uncensored programming is the exclusive right of those who can pay for it?
