Urgent Action: FCC Names New Enforcement Head (sticky)

1. Kevin Martin has named a new Enforcement Bureau chief. Kris Monteith will replace David Solomon, who is departing to join a law firm.

   Ask Cheif Monteith to protect free speech, oppose government censorship, and to stand firm against the political demands of groups like the Parents Television Council.

   Remind Chief Monteith that the PTC does not speak for you.
